Und deshalb dreht sich bis zum 12.10.2024 im P&C @consciousfashionstore am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin alles um nachhaltige Biobaumwolle, Transparenz und Rückverfolgbarkeit in der Modeindustrie. Ihr wollte mehr erfahren? Es gibt vor Ort (inkl. Live Broadcast auf ein Baumwollfeld) spannende Events rund um das Thema Baumwolle. Ich würde hingehen, wäre ich in BER. Gemeinsam mit Remei, dem Pionier für rückverfolgbare Biobaumwolltextilien, gibt es bis 12.10. Einblicke in die Welt der Baumwollproduktion. Remei stellt mit seinem my-trace System die gesamte Lieferkette von der Ernte bis zum fertigen Kleidungsstück transparent dar. Außerdem können zusätzlich zu den nachhaltige(r)en Kollektionen, die es dauerhaft auf den 3000 Quadratmetern am Potsdamer Platz gibt, bis zum 12.10. ***Mental Health in Fashion x ASVOFF Filmfestival ***Mental Health in Fashion x ASVOFF Filmfestival // jetzt einreichen*** In einer Welt, in der glamouröse Fashion Weeks und gehypte Labels im Rampenlicht stehen, ist ein Perspektivwechsel, ein Blick hinter die Kulissen des Modesystems, längst überfällig. Das hat sich Florian Müller als Gründer der @mentalhealthinfashion Kampagne vorgenommen. Und hat dieses wichtige Thema als neue Filmkategorie beim A Shaded View on Fashion Film Festival (ASVOFF) etabliert. Einreichungen sind bis zum 30. September 2024 möglich. ASVOFF @asvoff_official führt die neue Kategorie „Mental Health in Fashion“ ein, um das Bewusstsein für psychische Probleme in der Modeindustrie zu schärfen und sie zu entstigmatisieren. Runway Shows und Installationen. Der Redress Design Award. Masterclasses (mit u.a. Robert Wun) und Talks (u.a. mental Health in Fashion). Und - das absolute Highlight - die Show des gerade genannten Gast-Couturiers @robertwun im Palace Museum (mit rauschender Aftershow-Party) im Grand Majestic Sichuan. Die Modemesse Centrestage, die im Rahmen der Hongkong Fashion Week stattgefunden hat, hatte 2024 nochmal mehr zu bieten als im letzten Jahr.
