Since 2015, Aika-Maresa Fischbeck has been contributing her expertise and commitment to the non-profit women’s rights association, which advocates for the rights of women in the global clothing industry with political commitment, educational and advisory work and a solidarity fund.

The internship was followed by a position as a student assistant and finally the social media support during which she had, among other things, brought the FEMNET social channels into shape in order to reach more people and to draw attention to the observance of women’s rights and decent working conditions in the global clothing industry close. As a public relations officer, she will continue this from May 2021 and make her contribution to the comprehensive clarification of the topic.
