Community News instead of November Blues

The lockdown light is here. It's not nice. But obviously necessary. As flexibly as our Corona rules change, the sustainable community also reacts to the requirements and circumstances that the #NewNormal brings with it.

What have the last few weeks and months shown? The community is maximally creative (it always has been) and solidarity (keyword: #FairFashionSolidarity). Mutual support is a matter of course. And that’s why we’re presenting three great projects from the GREENSTYLE community for November.

All of these people have something to do with GREENSTYLE. Dr. Claudia Kundigraber and Julia Hartmann from Business & Soul School got to know each other at our event. Marisa Kohler was the first green blogger Mirjam Smend met in an analogue way almost five years ago. And Sandra (just as naturally as her husband Phil) are the most loyal travel guests that GREENSTYLE has – they were even there in Amsterdam.

Times are far from easy. But that doesn’t seem to upset the sustainable community. On the contrary – here they react to the Corona crisis with creative concepts and an extra portion of style.

Lai Chun Shop

Sandra Lai-Chun Schweinsberg-Cheung is the epitome of style and perfection, (at least!) when it comes to fashion and photography. She has already proven that on her blog and especially on her Instagram account @syringalotus. Now the design expert from Mönchengladbach has gone one step further and has added an online shop to her platform for sustainable design, literature and slow adventures. Here you will find explicitly selected favorite products from coffee mugs made from coffee grounds to bamboo toothbrushes and vegan Light Pack backpacks. Sandra deliberately started with a small, but extremely fine selection. More products follow, but all without hurry.

In the last few years, after completing her training as a coach and trainer, Marisa has decided to become self-employed and, in addition to her coaching, offers courses to reduce stress and achieve maximum relaxation.

Business Soul School

Dr. Claudia Kundigraber already passed on her expert knowledge to our brands at the 1st edition of GREENSTYLE in the form of lectures and workshops. And this is where the contact to Julia Hartmann and her “Business & Soul School” came about. The result? An online course on the subject of press work that is very suitable for founders, start-ups and small companies. The press professional, who can look back on 30 years of experience, explains in the online video how to authentically and successfully convey your story in online and print media. There is also an almost 50-page workbook, three videos and two live sessions.
