The full name of the program?<\/span><\/span> Textil.Accelerator of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Reutlingen University.<\/span><\/span> In short: Stoff im Kopf.<\/span><\/span> Because all participants >>><\/a> definitely have that.<\/span><\/span> Everyone in their own way.<\/span><\/span> The range of start-up projects that are launched at each edition is correspondingly broad.<\/span><\/span> From the computer-controlled loom \/\/ Jacques Loom to pressure-point clothing \/\/ trykk to the world’s first parcel backpack \/\/ Pikapak, the range on offer for the seventh edition included all imaginable innovative ideas with which various problems can be solved.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Stoff im Kopf accelerator program offers the opportunity to benefit from an extensive support network and to develop business ideas to market maturity.<\/span><\/span> The Textil.Accelerator mentors (e.g. Sandra V\u00f6lz FCC Karrierefabrik, GREENSTYLE founder Mirjam Smend, and many more >>><\/a>) support the teams with industry know-how and with the development of the network.<\/span><\/span> The program partners provide coworking spaces and laboratories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DemoDay #7 \/\/ the grand finale of Stoff im Kopf #7<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

On DemoDay (June 16), 16 start-up teams and solopreneurs showed what they had worked on and learned over the past few weeks at the InnoPort Reutlingen.<\/span><\/span> After three hours and 16 three-minute pitches, the jury (including Judith Behmer \/\/ The Magic Thread gUG, Sebastian Schulz-Dobrick \/\/ Achahha<\/a> >>>, Mirjam Smend<\/a> \/\/ GREENSTYLE, Sandra Volz \/\/ FCC-Karrierefabrik) decided which<\/span><\/span> seven teams received a prize.<\/span><\/span> Of course they were all excellent!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the “Sustainability” category, GREENSTYLE has set an award: a portrait and inclusion in the Brand Directory<\/a>.<\/span><\/span> The award was presented by Mirjam, who was also on the jury as a mentor:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Congratulations<\/span><\/span><\/span>, Atelier Courage!<\/h2>\n

Susanne H\u00fctter, Halina Hahn and Anna Jakobs founded a social tailoring workshop that produces prototypes and small collections locally and ecologically for fashion startups in Cologne and the surrounding area.<\/span><\/span> Women who are disadvantaged on the labor market should be given fair and secure employment here.<\/span><\/span> The focus of the productions is on yoga\/streetwear, underwear and swimwear – the three Cologne entrepreneurs bring these textile skills with them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We are already big fans of Atelier Courage and look forward to everything that is to come.<\/span><\/span> Stay tuned!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Other award winners are Branini, Pikapak, Kiigo, T-Boo, Robotextile and Anima Vintage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
